Coming to you from our historic building on the downtown square in Clarksville, Texas. Staff is regularly on location between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM (CST), Monday through Friday, handling day-to-day website operations like customer service, order fulfillment and inventory management.
Help yourself to our new local pickup option at checkout and stop by any time during normal business hours to grab your order so we can make a proper fuss over you in person. You’re welcome to peruse the showroom and get a first look at new arrivals while you’re here!
Our customers are always welcome at headquarters but please keep in mind that our business model is online-centric. This means you can expect a few caveats to the typical retail experience. For example:
- our hours are not storefront-oriented, they're more akin to typical Mon-Fri businesses so we take appointments for our early birds, night owls and weekend warriors
- if you’re dropping in to shop during our normal hours, please know there won’t be sales associates standing around to “pounce” :) Walk-ins are welcome, we just ask that you be patient with staff while they delegate a team member to helping you. Remember, we’re staffed for a separate operation with the website so it could be an extremely busy day and you wouldn’t be able to tell from standing in our showroom. For the full experience, its best to book an appointment, in general, so we have someone specifically delegated to giving you the royale bleu treatment as soon as you arrive
- the majority of apparel is concentrated on side by side racks which may seem “tight” compared to roomy boutique racks. Remember, these are set up for order fulfillment so you’ll want to think of pillaging through our racks as an adventure ;)
- customers are always shopping the website, which means there’s a small chance that items on the showroom floor have been purchased online and just haven’t been pulled for fulfillment yet
